Guest may check in from 14H30 (earlier check in is prior to arrangement)

Check Out Time

Check out time is 10H00 on the day of departure, unless prior arrangement with management has been made.

Hotel Services

Our friendly staff is on hand to assist guests with various services including: airline reservations, advice on where to find nearby banks or ATMs, car-washing, hairdressers and beauty salons/spas, as well as directions to the local chemist, doctor, dentist and other services in the village.

Service Of The Rooms

Your rooms will be serviced daily once you depart for your daily activities. A turn down service will be done every afternoon. Extra blankets, pillows and towels are available-Please enquire at reception

Laundry

We offer a same day laundry service before 10h00. You are requested to please complete the laundry list provided and leave laundry on your bed for housekeeping to collect, we suggest you do not send delicate items to the laundry.

Accounts

We accept Visa MasterCard, America Express and Debit cards. Personal cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement.

Parking

Please note that all guests vehicles at The Nottingham Road Hotel is at the owners Risk. Please park the Cars at the back of the Hotel.

Gratuities

There is a central tip fund, which is distributed equally between all staff, seen and unseen. Should you want to leave a tip, please hand it in a reception. Service charges can be included on main accounts. Tipping is solely at the discretion of the guest.

Restaurant

Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:00
*If you require breakfast earlier than 7:30 or breakfast packs please allow the kitchen 12 hour’s notice.
Lunch: 12:00 – 15:00, a choice of a la carte & pub menu
Dinner: 18:00 – 21:00 a choice of a la carte & pub menu

Restaurant

Please note that in terms of South African legislation, the dining room is a designated NON-SMOKING AREA.

Security

The Hotel prides itself on the safe environment in which it operates and guest safety is very high on our priorities. Whilst we are situated in a region which crime is not a problem, we would like to offer a few tips on your personal safety and security;

Security

  • Do not leave valuables or cash/ travellers cheques in your room, the Hotel provides a safe in reception, please make use of the facility.
  • Do not accept any deliveries of any items you did not request. We strongly advise that all deliveries be left at the front desk.
  • Remember to leave your car locked and with the alarm on if you have one fitted. Don’t leave valuables lying around e.g. cellphone, wallets and handbags.
